The joining package to come into the Republic contains a cover sheet, the three required documents, document explanations, and definitions. Only the three documents detailed below are required to be filled out and sent to the republic.

Responsibility for self-determination in the Republic is fundamental and that means learning and knowing law.  Before you begin to fill in your documents please read the following information concerning signatures and seals.
Keep in mind that the Republic is made up of  individuals just like yourself that are FREELY giving their time and energy to process your paperwork.  Please help them (and all of us in the Republic) by taking responsibility to properly fill out your documents. Thank you and welcome.

The three required documents are:

1. Declaration of Sovereign Rights Held By Indigenous Power
2. Jural Covenant of Office for Republic state Settlement
3. Declaration of Independence (must be signed at the bottom - print your name under your signature)

Here are some hints to avoid document rejection:

• Documents must be neatly and fully completed.  Illegible documents may be rejected.
• Use only a blue ink pen to complete documents
• Make sure all required witnesses sign
• All dates MUST match
• Include a phone number and email  (OK if no email is available, but no meeting notices will received)
• Please, when printing, do not use all capital letters, use only proper upper and lower case only
• Make sure the Declaration of Sovereign Rights and the Jural Covenant are thumb printed with a red ink stamp pad over the second half of the document owner’s last name on the autograph signature line. Your thumb print is your personal seal and your signature with the thumb print positively identifies you.  No one else can say they are you.

Where to Send the documents once they are completed:

• Documents are sent nowhere else except the following
• There are two choices in which to submit your documents for database recording
• FAX all three documents to 925-271-8807

OR

• Scan and email them to
• Name your electronic file properly. Example:  CA-Doe-John (use upper and lower case as in the example)
•  DO NOT SUBMIT THE EXPLANATIONS OR DEFINITIONS that come with the documents
•  Too many people complete their documents and do not submit them.  If documents are not submitted, then you have not come into the Republic.

What to do with the documents once they are submitted

• The document owner is responsible for his/her own documents.
• Keep them and your explanations and definitions in your “important papers” file
• No one else is to keep documents for another
