"We The People terminate the tyranny of financial slavery and unlawful presentment that binds us; and bestow the favors of republic freedom by way of lawful means and peaceful assembly, for all men and women under almighty God." Who are we?   What have we done?  What can the Republic offer?  What will the Republic do? Who are "We"- We are Americans, men and women from on the land of the Free Republic of California.  We are Americans that demand true freedom as envisioned under our Constitution.  We are Americans that knew for sometime that something was very wrong with the direction that America was being led in by our 'elected leaders.'  We are Americans that have been forced to finally take action to end tyranny, using a pen, through peaceable means to restore the Republic.
We the People of the California republic in conjunction with the constitution of this republic as put forth, ratified and accepted by the People in Lawful Assembly, do hereby attach thereto this Declaration of Intention as an addendum thereof, to establish the intention of this Assembly to be known to other republics of this National Republic and to the people of the world. It is our heartfelt and fully considered opinion that it is not enough to simply provide for the benefit and well-being of ourselves, our families and our local assemblies, but to see to the greater good in creating an environment of abundance, prosperity and well-being for all individuals in our society, in our nation and throughout our world. Based on such, we are moved by our consciences and the spirit that moves through us to hereby proclaim our intentions, to wit: We recognize the unalienable sanctity of life of all men, women and children, and further recognize that such sanctity of life is debased and compromised without the safeguards and protections that we by right have established by the constitution of our republic and those of the other republics with which we have joined in national union.…
California Free Republic Constitution We the People of the California Republic, in Jural Assembly lawfully convened on the land of the de jure republic of original jurisdiction, in concert with the lawfully assembled national Republic for the united States of America, have hereby and of the date entered herein below, established this constitution as the foundational basis of the reassembled California Republic, for the intent and purposes as further described below. For exigent purposes and to provide for the immediate establishment by constitution of the lawful assembly of the Sovereign People of this republic, this constitution has been established on the Twentieth Day of the Eleventh Month in the Year of our Lord Two Thousand Ten. This constitution shall serve as an interim foundational document until such time as it is replaced by a more complete version as provided for herein below. Article One: Legislative Powers Section 1: The legislative powers delegated by this Constitution shall be vested in a General Assembly of the California Commonwealth Republic and shall consist of Statesmen and a House of Delegates.
