Dear California Assembly Members:

We have posted the complete video recording of the assembly meeting held last Saturday, April 28, 2012, because of the important content presented at the meeting. The singular subject was a presentation by myself as Governor of the Free State of California presenting an important historical context of paramount significance for the republic and the perfecting of our law form and claims of independence. In this meeting I describe the research and findings pertaining to the established procedures recognized worldwide for properly seating a government, starting with the establishment or claim of a general post office, proceeding through the claim of land (metes and bounds, free delivery rural routes, etc.) and forward from that basis. The key issue addressed is that these steps were not properly done by our re-inhabitation process for the Republic for the united States of America and therefore leave us with an incomplete process. The first two hours of the meeting consist of a presentation to the assembly on these key points and issues.   Additionally, I discussed the fact that a small group of individuals have properly taken these essential steps and have made contact with RuSA through myself in order to offer a bridge to properly perfecting our standing and claims.

The purpose for the presentation, and the second half of the meeting consisting of comments, questions and discussion, was to bring forward this issue for the general republic population throughout the country and for all seated office holders and leaders to take notice of the issue. The focus and conclusion of the day was a call for unity and coming together to bring forward the missing elements by combining the best of both processes to unify and integrate an unassailable position in the law of nations and that of North America. All participants in the meeting and all those who subsequently view this presentation are encouraged to do their own due diligence and research, and to address the issues raised with an open mind towards the intended and stated goal, which is to perfect our standing, status and capacities, both individually and as a nation, and to bring forward the remedies to the issues affecting almost all Americans at this time (theft by taxation, theft by foreclosure, attacks on the fundamentals of life and liberty, and all those things that brought us together in the first place). The final point and underlying message presented is that this is not about competition or who is right or wrong, it is not about dividing or undermining the work done so far, but rather it is about doing the work to perfect our process to the highest purpose and effect that is desired and required by all within the exacting principles of history and law. Let us not be so arrogant as to think that any one of us knows the complete design of what must be achieved, nor to think that history has been without layer upon layer of double meanings, layered obstruction, confused misdirection or all the other elements we have all encountered in recent decades in pursuit of the truth.   The truth will ultimately set us free, but are we so sure that what we have been taught to believe as real is really the truth after all? The designers of history have been for thousands of years masters at the art of deception, so why would be expect anything less at this late stage in the game?

Sincerely, Ken Cousens, Governor

See the following link gives an excellent description of the History of the Mexican revolt, and the flags that represented that era, among other eras.

Election Results

After the final tally of votes this morning, the people have voted in a new governor and lieutenant governor. They were both promptly sworn-in at the Assembly meeting in Visalia.

Our new governor is Kenneth Cousens and our new lieutenant governor is Robert Ruehle. We are very fortunate to have two such capable leaders standing in these positions to support us all in reclaiming our rights and establishing lawful government once more throughout our republic.

This letter is to express my intent to run for the position of governor on Republic for California should it please the people.

For those who may not know me personally I will introduce myself. I would like to express the process of how I woke to freedom and came to know about the Republic.

Nearly 8 years ago I took over the pastorate of a church I have been involved in for a very long time. A good friend of mine from that church has spent the last 20 years saying things to me that at first sounded so far out there that I could not conceive them as truth. As years went past he would continue to challenge my belief system in accordance to the United States, politics, conspiracy theories and other things that could only be true in a movie script, so I thought. Though I knew there was something wrong I didn’t know exactly what it was. About 5 years ago I came to the realization that many, if not all, of these crazy things my friend had shared with me were indeed true and I thought there was no way to fix the problems of corruption in the UNITED STATES corporate government in D.C. Knowing the media was propaganda and it controlled the thoughts of the masses there was not a way to fix it without a violent war.

Through a series of divine events our Creator gave me a new hope that I must do something to educate the people about the fraud. I got together with several friends and we decided to use Sunday nights at our church to educate the people about where our country went wrong and flipped upside down. The name of this meeting was called Foundations “for” Liberty. (www.foundationsforliberty.com) A few months later someone sent me the website for the Republic of the united States. I was up late into the night and for the next 3 or 4 days I was so excited I could hardly sleep. I discovered how the men and women over the last few decades came up with a plan to Restore America and had actually already done it and provided for us a peaceful, achievable solution.

Since our former governor resigned many have shared their opinion and belief that I should run for the position of governor. After prayerful consideration I now offer my services as the governor for the California Republic.

In our church we model servant leadership and as the governor I would do the same. I believe positions in government are those of being public servants. I am here for the long haul and will serve in whatever capacity our Creator has called me to do. I pray all reading this will do all they can to rebuild our Republic.

We have re-inhabited our original Republic for the united States and we now have the arduous task of repopulating it. This task is so great it requires the help of our Creator just as the scripture says:

Ps 127:1

127 Unless the Lord A builds the house,

They labor in vain who build it;

Unless the Lord B guards the city,

The watchman keeps awake in vain.

Ps 33:12

2 Blessed is the A nation whose God is the Lord,

In His service and in the service of our country
